These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of No Fuss Flashcards ("App"), developed by Robin Phillips ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
"User" refers to any person who downloads, installs, or uses the App.
"Content" refers to any text, images, video, audio, or other media available through the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. Your continued use of the App following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
